Hi jvr thank you for your reply, and yes I feel like I’ve got some good steps in motion and I think this forum is good also, which I’d never even thought of doing. I’m still learning and still trying to figure out what works so any help from anyone is much appreciated.

Still bet free, attended a GA meeting last night and feel really good for doing it, such a positive experience. Been very up and down this last week and still very emotional but feeling positive.
