Like I said, guess I’m not in the same situation as individuals loosing their mortgages etc, but the “problem” is still there like all of us. I’ve blocked all gambling pages from my social media, downloaded a website blocker for my browser so I don’t seen anything pop up or have the temptation to go on these sites, and double checked that I had permanently suspended all of my mobile betting applications.

If anyone has any other simple but efficient means of fighting this, let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.

I guess I feel disappointed in myself, from a young boy I was taught the value in money and truly understood it, doing simple things like making my own lunches, not having to drink when I go out, having ‘ emergency money’ lying around. I just don’t to much of this anymore. One big reason I gambled so much, and lost so much was because I would chase my losses back every time, which is according to many the absolutely worst thing you can do.
