hi all,bit of a sorry week this week,off work with a spasm in my neck cant move to my left,and in agony,but dosed up to the eyeballs with diazipan and pain killers so hope it will realese it self soon.other wise all well,family are all well,and only 4 weeks till my holiday,gambling thoughts are not their and haven’t been for 18months,on Tuesday it will be a whole year since I left Gordon ***** in Beckenham kent,cant believe whats happened since,hope the next year is just as well.hope everyones journey is on track,and for those going through a little set back,get back on track you can do it.hope your still having great fun with grandchild LOOBY LOO

hi all,just back from london,the show was really good,and lesley enjoyed meeting everyone from gordon *****,we went out for lunch with my counciler and im sure lesley now understands a lot more about it all,stayed the weekend at lesley sisters,and sore some of the sights,im glad ive given up gambling at the show a pint of lager was 9pounds,ha ha ,hope alliwent well looby loo on monday,and looking forward to hearing your a grandma again,so lbest wishes to you all

***** everyone,hope you are all well,got back home last night from calpe in spain,had 10days out thier with my wife lesley,it was the best break in years,we got on so well,the past years of gambling forgotten,the hurt slowly moving away,and allthough we both know never to, forget entirely.life is so good now for us both,got a nice tan, and ready to go back to work on monday with a smile.job is safe now after a long wait,and ive seen my new grandauhter,i tried to put things behind what happend in the past,and hopefully now after 3years we can know have a father and daughter relationship.so for myself i feel im now in a good position in my life,and through all my freinds at gordon *****,and my forum freinds,i thank you all,so for now have a good week,and let those small steps become big ones

well not one of my best weeks,waiting to hear if i will keep my job,or maybe lose it after firm decided to do some health checks,i have a pacemaker which i decided not to tell them,so they are waiting report from doctors,but what will be will be.my youngest daughter had a baby girl on saturday,we havent spoke for 2 years,owing to her way of life im not happy with,so feel a bit put out ,wont let me see grand daughter, but again its her choice and should she change her mind .she knows were i am.now for some postive news,no gambling problems alls well on that *****,and going to a mowtown show in southport on saturday.see you thier LOOBY LOO,VELVET. and we will dance the night away.

hi all,sorry i havent posted for a few weeks,been a little hectic work wise ,and  ive had a bad virus bug thats had me in  bed last 4 days,im off to london on monday,to see everyone at gordon *****,and to attend monthly out reach meeting.its a year since i had my treatment,and when i lookback i dont know how i can ever repay thier help they gave me,my reason for going is to show them thier help is still needed, and show them ,hope fully that thier work has made me a better person.i feel excited about the trip.gambling wise nothing to report,i dont think about it anymore,and now its just part of my past,but always cautious that it doesnt return.LOOBY LOO,VELVET,GOING TO DO SOME MORE DANCING IN THE ISLES,GOING TO SEE THE JERSEY BOYS IN LONDON IN MAY.AND JUST HAD A LETTER FROM SOUTHPORT ABOUT SOLID GOLD SIXTIES NIGHT IN END OF FEB,fancy a boogie you 2.I WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW HOW LONDON GOES NEXT WEEK,UNTILL THEN.

***** from a very wet blackpool,hope u are all well and the new year has started off well.went on line with gordon ***** ex residents last nigfht,i was suprised how everyone was so up beat about the future ahead,people who i have got to know really well have a new spring in thier step,thier were no doubts about what was ahead for them,they all now like myself have a meaning in life,im meeting up with some of them in london in febuary,and cant wait to share our progress together,but sadly i know thier will be some who are still struggling with gambling who i knew from gordon ***** and now sadly i have know contact.it is to those people,i say get on line or on the forum again so we can help eachother,as a flash of thunder strikes,im now off to work,so will post again soon.

well another year over.and a new one begins,had a great xmas and a nice new year,got very emotional on new year eve,memorys of the past year came back,and it was probably saying how far ive come,that i took time to reflect on past history for a few mins.but now onwards and upwards,and carry on rebuilding,glad to see the back of xmas food,and to get back to the normal,hope you all had a good xmas and have a great year ahead.just been on the road to pick my grandsons birthday card and noticed in local bookies window come inside for great give aways,laughed to myself and thought they shuold rephrase it.TO COME INSIDE ANDGIVE YOUR CASH AWAY.good bless for now

hi all.final message for 10 days.away on holiday and wedding vows.very much looking forward to both.but very nervous,dont know why,especially with things going very well at the moment;its our 1st holiday since my gambling days.so will be nice to have nothing to distract my attention for once,weather seems to be getting warmer in the north,and dont worry VELVET taking plenty of old music with me,i ncluding the big o.wishing all luck on thier journey.
