it seams to help some to be able to see their losses in black and white.
few months worth thrown away was a big blow on the budget.
I think talking about details, like exact numbers, and, doing detail analyzes with others help after incident, is the way to go, no matter what the patient says against it. I don’t see in October’s post such analyze. I see only theoretical non related stuff. I strongly suggest next time to analyze the thing through. Let it feel uncomfortable a bit, that’s good.
So the budget can be called “big” and act very compulsive (i assumed you only went to shop to loose 10 USD on slot machine). And your dedication for gambling therapy seems “big” because you put lot of energy every day on that subject, compared to others. I wonder if those people are more successful whos “therapy dedication” is not so strong. Maybe this forum shows statistics that those who rarely post, have been already 10+ years of incident free. I guess it is so. The optimal way is to not dedicate too much on the therapy as you do i guess.
    Anyway, i wish all good.

About the October’s incident. Have you now banned yourself from the incident place?
What amount did you “donate”, if not secret?

    Hi,
60 days is a very long period of time if you are below 30 years old, when 30+ already, then 2 months goes very fast 🙂 Seems it depends from age.

My heart is so heavy with grief about the school shooting today.
Hi, here in europe they also shoot this way sometimes. Mostly the reasons come from childhood i think. So, what we can do is to raise our children properly. And nothing more we can do i guess.
