Cheers everyone, I was just trying to get an idea of when some sense of emotional, and mental peace and normalcy will return when quitting gambling. I am still very early in this journey and am quite down at the moment. I know it is probably different for everyone, I’m just trying to see how it’s been for some of you that have had lasting sobriety. Thanks!
