I have made it another week without gambling on anything. no slots or lottery tickets. Plan on attending group today. Calling my sponsor later to check in with her. Having a sponsor has been another tool that has worked well for me. She keeps it real for me. Planning days without gambling is much nicer than any minute gambling. Well will write some more soon.
