Good Afternoon Folks
Just want to share a link to a speaker Brene Brown that I watched at the treatment center I visit on Tuesday nights. It gave me a great insight on my life and how I use to deal with life issues and how I use to worry about how I looked to others and how I present myself and how I used my gambling to escape life issues I feared and things I didn’t know how to deal with The info in this video might not apply to you but pretty sure you will relate to many parts of it.Have a great rest of the day.

Dr. Brené Brown is a researcher professor at the University of Houston, Graduate College of Social Work, where she has spent the past ten years studying a concept that she calls Wholeheartedness, posing the questions: How do we engage in our lives from a place of authenticity and worthiness? How do we cultivate the courage, compassion, and connection that we need to embrace our imperfections and to recognize that we are enough — that we are worthy of love, belonging and joy?
