Hi all, it’s been a while since I posted on here but just wanted to share that I haven’t gambled for one year and it feels awesome! I want to let everyone know that if you have tools and a good support system it is possible! But also if you aren’t there yet in your journey, that is okay too! Keep up the good fight everybody 🙂

Well done on being one-year gamble-free.
Were there any specific tools that you used, or things that you did that you specifically found helpful to stay gamble-free? I am sure many on the forum myself included would be grateful for any information you can share. Thansks
