Hi All
We will be adding additional evening (GMT) helpline hours in the near future for those of you who wish to seek support on a one to one basis. I will be reviewing how many of our members are using this service to establish whether this is something that there is a need for going forward with a potential view to extending coverage to include the weekends at some point in the future.
We intend to start running this service on Monday 20th February so please keep and eye out for it and use it if needed.
