I really need help my gambling this past year is out of control I don’t like myself at all I’ve lied to my wife and I feel so guilty, i want this all to stop now, i would like to know what is the first step to recovery, how did all of you become gamble free. I have gambled for 15 years and now its at the point where its uncontrolable and I have lost over $20,000 in the last 5 months, its crazy I lost $1,900 last night at the horse race and casino. I cried all the way home, every five to six days I go back and get the exact same result. I just want to get better I will pay anything to get rid of this disease it’s killing me, please someone help me!!
