Hello everybody , 

My name is Giuseppe and I am new in this wonderful site.

I am 23 years old, Italian and unfortunately gambler. I am here for knowing new friends with the same problem , for speaking about our past, present and future . 

The first thing for me is : To  Learn from everybody and discussing about our experience of the addiction .

I wish the best for everybody and I take the opportunity to  give my support as well .

Hello Guiseppe and thanks for starting a thread in the Gambling Therapy forums

Here at Gambling Therapy we pride ourselves on being a caring and diverse online community who can help and support you with the difficulties you’re currently facing. We understand that this might be a tough time for you, particularly if you’re new to recovery, so come here as often as you need to and participate in the forums, access online groups and connect to the live advice helpline if you need one to one support. We’re in this together!

Here on the forum you can share your experiences in a safe, supportive and accepting environment. The beauty of writing it all down is that you can take your time and you will be creating a record of your progress that you can look back on if it ever feels like you’re not moving forward. So, share as much or as little as you like but do try to stick to keeping just one thread in this forum so people know where to find you if they want to be updated on your progress or share something with you.

As well as the forums New Members are invited to join Charles in the New Members Practical Advice Group On Mondays at 21:00 (UK) and Thursday at 19:00(UK)

Inoltre ti ricordo che puoi connetterti alla helpline tutti i giorni (puoi trovare un consulente italiano il lunedì dalle 21 alle 23, il mercoledì dalle 9 alle 12 e la domenica dalle 20 alle 23. Da gennaio partiranno anche gruppi online la domenica alle 21. Potrebbe essere un’altra occasione per confrontarti. hopefully you can take advantage of all the help you can get! Use both forums 🙂 You are young to be already knowing you have a problem. I applaud you trying to do something about it. So many suffer for years and years. You are learning early and that can help so much. I hope you have a gamble free day. A gamble free New Year. One day at a time life can be better without gambling.

i just signed up as well as i want to put an end to my online casino days as it will just end badly. In debt under 5k but it could be worse.
