I’m a 30 year old female that has a gambling problem. I’m trying to control it now before it gets out of hand. I still have my savings, but within the last month I’ve spent $1300 in gambling. In the past year, I’ve spent about $4000 if not more. I’m addicted to black jack. Usually when I go to the casino I am bored. I still have about 60,000 in savings, but I want to try to stop this crap now. So I’m coming to this forum for help. Any advice would be helpful. My last visit to the casino I lost 800 and I didn’t tell anyone I was going. I was very embarrassed and still is. I have thoughts about going back, but I continue to tell myself no. I do not have any kids, but I am engaged.serenity prayer
