An elevator
You go up
You go down
You get stuck
You move on
Going up
You are wisked
To the top
Of the sky
You spread out
your arms
You think you
can fly
Going down
You fall low
And lower
until
Your stomach
It drops
Your hope
It does kill
Getting Stuck
You remain
Unmoving
Undone
You lie down
And wait
For someone
to come
Moving on
You walk out
and enter
the light
a new day
has dawned
