I have now refrained from gambling for 1 month to be exact, sure it,s not along
time, but, as each day passes, my urge most definately is getting less and less,
and, obviously financially i am seeing my money grow, which of course, was not
happening previously, sure, i have the odd days when i look at the days racing
section in my daily paper, but, and a big but, i do not wish to place a bet, and
at least that shows me, that i am moving in the right direction, and i do appreciate
that i am in for the "long haul" but this i will, and can do……….
